I misspoke. What I meant was, the events actually took place. The chance of OceanSky actually knowing her, and / or was planning to give her the raised funds, was probably slim to none.

 

What's the sentence likely to be for making up a story in order to profit from others' compassion? Likely worse than loosing one's investments

 

I wonder how Signature Luxury Division feels about being associated with Oceannsky aka Reza Mokhtarian. I know a few of his "friends" who operate businesses tend to keep their distance so as not to be associated in anyway with him. You'll notice when he shouts them out, they often don't reply or acknowledge it at all.

I would hope Signature Luxury Division would feel the same, I don't know if I'd trust a company associated with a scammer, I'm sure many feel the same.

 

It doesn't matter if its real or not. That is the game of the sociopath. By linking to what appears to be a legit fundraiser, oceansplat makes himself out to be the good guy. Helping out those in need. Whatever.

That thread is a microcosm of what the scammers/liars are good at. He even gets a couple F-chatters to jump on board. As usual Dr.S is there to call a spade and spade and basically says "Hey! This is all BS. Go away troll!".

Some "person" named ferrarilover even rushes to ocean's side and chastises Dr.S in that thread. Pathetic.

The moral of the story is, guys like ocean... if they are talking they are lying. Breaking down the specifics of their "story" or "proposal" or whatever the eff they are spinning is just playing into their hand.

On a serious note, investors that lost money with his scam should contact CTV News or similar to see if they will pick up the story.

I really enjoy watching his videos, it makes complete sense to preach that money isn't everything yet for the most part all he talks about are his cars and bank account. I have yet to see him actually give out any sound or sane business advice, even life advice. He says to not let the "haters" bother you but it seems that's exactly his issue.

Latest shows that investors are making legal and formal complaints, but like said before the wheels against these types need upgrades. It is one of several things. a. distance makes the process more difficult--he has investors all over the world and his 'business' is international. b. he's small potatoes and he knows it--in the scope of formal resources. c. investors may just shrug this off to a lousy investment and/or too much trouble other than the retribution factor or their inexperience of having been down this road before. d. Reza is inventing new shill/shell games as we speak.
