Really nice looking wrap.
I bought a scud yersterday and I have to explain the prices are increasing a lot in Europe and few units for sale. In Spain only one for sale!!! I'm lucky to achieve this special car. I will have the car next Friday and I'm really exciting Regards
Congrads on your new Scud. Prices are definately going up in Europe. Scuds, 360 CS, 550s and especially 355s... all these are going madly up!
it,s price good for the Scud. market, if the CS are selling at that price why wouldnt the Scud. sell for even more.
Because there are less CS than Scud...for just one possible explanation. I've also heard the CS handles better from a reliable source, but I've never driven one.
Although I don't have any facts to back it up, I would highly doubt several years of older technology would surpass newer tech, so I doubt the CS handles better. How many car companies produce a newer model that actually handles worse than the outgoing one? Probably zero.
Not on paper, but in feel. This is per Peter Mann, who just raced at Le Mans and is an AF Corse driver. You can find the post here somewhere. The front end of the Scud does feel light at turn in and it needs to be set up (tap of the brakes as an example) on a lot of turns or you can end up getting understeer in my experience. Whether the CS is better, I have no idea...but it does weigh less. The chassis, and many of the suspension components are actually the same...so seems quite plausible. But also likely splitting hairs on cars this good. I actually prefer the sound of the CS to the Scud also. But both are amazing. When you look at the people collecting a lot of these, this stuff matters. Then you have guys that just take both because they need to have them or appreciate both in different ways. Champagne problems ; )
Wow, I have not driven a CS , but if that's true, imagine how much better the CS is than the regular 360, keeping in mind that the 430 is far better car than the 360.
Really ? it drives and handles and it faster then a Scuderia and it true the newer technology is alot better then the old one, there only 1600 build scuds. and maybe less today, better check out your source.
I guess singletrack is right with his comment and his source is reliable (btw, he didn't say the CS is faster than the Scud). The CS was very close tuned to the challenge cars, the chassis (especially the front axle) was perfect balanced for the track. Of course with a little bit chassis adjustment you can reach the same results with the Scud.
Yes, I think this is true for sure. Better tires, a touch wider also perhaps, proper alignment and corner balance. I don't quite have enough time on mine to really start tweaking, but hope to the end of this year or early next. The scud is faster around a track no question.

US market did not have LC button. It can still be enabled though through a series of actions. I believe freshmeat has a post on it here. Never used it personally.
I've engaged it, just to see if the sequence of steps were accurate but I've never launched my car. I wouldn't recommend it either, since it's the old-school single clutch we have in our cars. If it were DSG, I'd probably be launching off at every stop light just for shiets and giggles hahaha. Steps to launch in a Scuderia: 1) Turn manettino to CST Off 2) Put car into neutral 3) Foot on the brake 4) Hold down the right paddle until 1 becomes "L" 5) Foot on throttle, it should be bouncing off 4,500rpm 6) With foot still on throttle, let go of the brake and let 'er rip
First time in a long time I don't see any listings for in-demand red...seems like prices are only going to continue to rise. Black ones continue to represent the "bottom" of the market.
Penske Wynn in Vegas has a red one, sub 10k mile example. No radio option, gold wheels, yellow calipers, and looked really clean.
km 2,500 Scud just listed for CHF 300k here in Swissyland. I doubt they will get that but there's definitely a lot of froth in the car market right now.
