    Marcel,

Let's just round it up to a cool half-a-million, after all, why not?

Hope you & yours are well.

Last time I saw this car was 10 years ago; it was then for sale at 150K Euro and offered by a restoration company (I am not sure if it was damaged before that time). After that I believe it fell of a trailer or something and had some damage to the bodywork, I have pictures of the restoration. Just saying, because it is described as 'unfallfrei' (which does not include 'minor' damage); I am not suggesting that the car is not in a good condition today.

There is another one now, there seems to be an agreement of the 400k euros for them, that is good considering now low milleage, the last on i know was sold in europe was a white one for 325k euro low milleage like a month ago.

But the white one only had 5600kms and was in very original condition, a former factory show car; I don't think the asking prices are realistic for any of these cars

I share your opinion, but I know a buyer at that price and nobody is selling him at that price !

I've never had a problem with speedhumps, and there are two quite nasty ones on my route to work. The only cars they've caused me a problem in are Carrera GTs' and McLaren F1 GTRs' (road going)

I think that wrecked Diablo is not an SE30, because it has the wrong engine cover. It looks to me like somebody put the SE30 emblem on a normal Diablo......

Where is the correct engine cover? You say you know, but you don't need to be sorry. Most people would assume it is a Diablo with a badge, as it is easy to add a badge to any Diablo, and many people would be motivated to add such. But....it is not easy to replace the unique engine cover (sourcing it would be hardest) for the SE with a normal cover, and who would ever want to anyway? So, if you say it is an SE, then I ask " where is the engine cover unique to the SE? Why was it changed?" These are normal questions any SE fan would have about the car shown in the picture.

Sorry but some of your questions can be only answered by the owner. An easy reason could be that he likes more the SV scoops and he was not able to find a correct Jota bonnet.
Here are some pictures before the crash:
Lamborghini Diablo SE30 Jota in Karlsruhe, ExoticsOnRoad.com

On this page it´s written that´s a Jota, but this is not correct.

I also have the VIN, but i´m out of office.

It's a cross between a Euro and USA model, the exposed gas cap and side markers. Is the interior aclantara or leather? Looks very nice - great buy!
