    Giving credit where credit is due. Rafi and Jano over at 4M helped me out a few weeks ago repairing a badly damaged SUV door. They did a great job, handled everything with the insurance company and went above and beyond with little things like helping me pick up the car from the side of the road where it was sitting damaged. You just don't get that kind of friendly and family-like treatment from the big collision repair shops. These guys are FCA supporters and more importantly, honest, hard working and friendly. They are even handling some rock chips and respraying my diffuser. Will post some before and after pictures of the SUV and diffuser later.

    I could spend all day writing true stories about those two. I have dropped cars off when the shop is filled with cars. They always "No problem, when do you need it back". They always call before that date. I have sent neighbors, friends and club members over there. No one is ever disappointed. Who ever I send they usually call the next day and say "Those guys are awesome".

    This thread is long overdue.

    Wow, that's great to know! Since Dan Butts sold GTI I haven't known where to go to get personalized paint & body work in the Metroplex. Would you guys trust 4M with your F-cars, or only for a daily driver?

    They just finished a clear coat on my Fcar. Amazing job!! I have sent several Ferrari club members over there. No one was ever disappointed.

    Mike, I used Dan Butts and GTI for years for all of my BMW's, and Rafi & Jano (IMHO) are clearly in the same 'meticulous' league as Dan when he was doing body work. Do not have any hesitancy about sending them an Fcar - they do a terrific job.

    Thanks, Leo. I knew you peripherally through the BMW club many years ago so your recommendation and comparison to the old GTI means a lot. It's great to know that careful, personalized service is available should I need it. Many thanks for sharing your experiences.

    They've worked on all of my cars except my pickup, and that's just because it's never NEEDED anything. And yes, they've even done work on my Ferrari, including some minor custom work I had done on my rear louvers. I've also sent friends there, some for pretty major damage.

    They have worked on my 308 and did a fantastic job. Rafi and Jano are great guys, both in business and just to chat with.
