    On black cars carbon fiber badge looks perfect. On red not so much.

    I didn't realize that the 348 and the 355 would have the same dimensions.

    That post was for a 348.

    The photo is of a factory embossed F355 fender. This didn't exist on the 348, optional on 98/99 F355

    My 348 SS came with good quality after markets installed. I like them and will leave them on. If I were to get concours judged I guess I would remove them as they are the only non stock item on my car.

    I've never heard of factory shields on a 348 but if you're asking I would say you know more about it than I do.

    The 348 gtc definitely had badges, I just can't remember if they're embossed.

    YES fender badge!!! of course factory is best by far...if you do an add on, just make sure it's high quality. I've seen some cars with relatively poor stickers, that just looks horrible.

    That would be neat. I'm leaving mine original but think I would actually prefer a decal over an enamel shield that wasn't recessed.
