Saw quite a few cars out this weekend.

Mark's white/black GT3 RS at 156th & Dodge on Saturday morning about 9 AM, saw what had to be a 993 GT2 clone on I-80 yesterday eastbound towards Omaha. Then saw a black Corvette ZR1 with crazy pulled/stretched fenders and spaced out wheels on the interstate by Lincoln last night.

Went to CarAudiophile's open house for his new detail shop yesterday, the Rosso Scuderia 458 was there with unogib's 430 Scuderia. My friend and I brought up the BMW i8 from Lincoln, and there was also a 996 GT2, blue Lotus Exige S, and Mark's V8 Vantage there as well.

 

Oh, and a 997.2 Turbo S on 204th St just north of Gretna, followed by a red 458 and a grey GT-R about a mile later.

Almost forgot, red Viper RT/10 (really early one) at 60th & Center yesterday around 5:30 - 5:45.

A few days ago I spotted a red 458 spider on 168th, headed south around Q; then a few blocks later, a black R8. Leaving Village Pointe later that morning, I followed a yellow Ruf 911 for a while. The Miata was able to keep up with it! (as long as he was behind that slow red Pontiac Sunfire! ;-)

Then another day I saw a silver Continental GT on L St. Silver's a great color on those!

 

Saw some sort of black Aston Martin convertible (really didn't get a good look at all) going eastbound on I-80 Sunday afternoon.

Last night, mid-'90s Rolls-Royce Silver Spur parked at 50th & Dodge. Really surprised to see that.

 

A handful of GT-Rs showed up at Ice Cream Cruise this weekend. My friend brought up a red Maserati GranTurismo S from his dealership, and some guy showed up in a red California with Iowa plates. I guess there were a couple of 911 Turbos as well.

 

Red Ferrari F12 with black wheels and red brake calipers at 11th and Jackson in the Old Market this evening.

Black 997.1 Turbo in the Old Market yesterday around 2 PM. Also saw quite easily the ugliest Bentley I've ever seen on Friday night. Iowa plates that said CRMCORN. Car is silver with fake carbon fiber vinyl wrap on the hood, roof, and trunk, and a green LED light bar in the front bumper that pulses back and forth like KITT in Night Rider. Was... interesting.

 

Black R8 V10 Spyder @ Lakeside Plaza near 168th this morning.

 

I think we've all wanted a Night Rider light for the front of our car.

Red Ferrari 512 TR with Flowmaster exhaust showed up to the Porsche/BMW club meet last night in Lincoln.

Did anyone else go to cars and coffee on Saturday? Pretty awesome turnout. Rosso Scuderia 458 Italia, Rosso Corsa 16M, Rosso Corsa F430 F1 with Challenge wheels (for sale, btw), red Huracán, black 458, orange 12C, two R8 5.2s, grey 997.2 GT3, blue Cayman GT4, Ford GT, and the Porsche club had a strong turnout, about 15 911s, from a brand new Turbo S to a late 1960s car that was fully restored. Also two BMW Z8s, and a red 850Ci.

Went to the Hot Cars For Heroes show yesterday. There was a white Aston Martin V8 Vantage convertible, red Alfa Romeo 4C, red Lotus Elise, and about six Vipers.

 

Shoot. The one week I was finally back in town! Was this the cars and coffee at Hyvee?
