    I don't mind the fixed position of the paddles on my California - I just with they were longer, as shifting with the wheel slightly turned is ok with me. I know of aftermarket paddles for the "T", but I'm not aware of any for the 2010->2014 model.

    This. If your hands are properly positioned on the wheel, the paddles are always in the right place - no hunting or reaching.
