    1. Light turns green.
    2. Engage first.
    3. VERY GENEROUS throttle application...just short of WOT.
    4. Shift up just as the needle kisses the yellow.
    5. OMG!!! Second went in perfectly!
    6. Repeat #3
    7. Shift up just as needle kisses...
    8. B&W motorcycle! COP!! RADAR GUN!!! POINTED RIGHT AT ME.
    9. Heart stops.
    10. Foot snaps off the accelerator.
    11. Right arm raises and acknowledges to the cop!!! WTF?!
    12. Check rear view and prepare to pull over.
    13. ...
    14. ...
    15. Race for the nearest exit.

A week ago my wife and I participated in the 27th running of the Northwest Classic Rally out of Portland, Oregon. Cars come from across the US and Canada for 2 days of moderate difficulty time/speed/distance rallying - returning home on the 3rd day. We covered around 700 miles in total. There were 2 Dinos - our '73 and Eric Swole's '74. It was a fun time with great people and great cars, with just over 100 cars in total.

Approximately half of the total Danish Dino population gathered today in beautiful autumn weather in Roskilde close to Copenhagen. Following 5 Dino's showed up in red:

    #01268
    #01978
    #02050
    #03172
    #05658

I sneaked in my red 308 QV GTS together with a black 308GTB dry sump. Thanks to Peter R. for a excellent arrangement including Danish pastry followed be grilled premium steaks.

    Best regards

    Peter

Drove the ol' lady 1.100 kms from Kiel to Goodwood last weekend. Ran without any issues, but had to keep the revs very low due to an imbalance in the engine and some cooling issues. A bit annoying staying in the right lane on the autobahn at 100 kmhs:).

Left the car in the UK for an engine rebuild and some other work - can't wait for the drive home! Should be a little beast.

I had a good look at your car in the car park - looked excellent! The car park at the Revival is amazing - I spent more time there than in any other place.

    I drove a Dino yesterday....

A fundraiser for Texas Children's Hospital, funding research for cancer.

With no admission charge, the Highland Village Ferrari Festival, put on by Franco Valobra, raised over $50k....

The Dino won "Best Vintage Ferrari"!
