    Where does this go? (Part #61820100) There's already a foot rest present with a rubber pad glued to the carpet... Thanks.

    It's the steel plate that mounts behind the carpet with the rubber pad -- a better description might have been "foot rest support plate".

    No, there is some logic to that -- some electrical components/relays are mounted to the backside of 61820100.
