Anyone seen this Bianco 308 at Daniel Schmitt?

Do your self a favor and stay away from Daniel Schmitt.

I bought my 308 there, and had many unresolved issues. Since that time, I have found many others who have had issues too. Mine I took the Missouri Attorney General

 

Did you get any resolution?

 

+1 on prior comments, this guy is a slimeball.

I had my Jalpa on ebay, he was the highest bidder and completely welched on the transaction. Whats more, he was dishonest and not straightforward in his communication and ulitmately tied up my car without purchase. Finally, when he failed the transaction I had no communication, no reason, nothing. Flake.

Buyer beware, I would steer clear.

 

Which brings up the question: I ripped him on ebay for failing to follow through with a transacation, but he still shows as having 100% positive feedback.

 

eBay feedback seems to be worthless.

 

The AG passed it off,

I bought the car on line, it was suppose to be clean, accident free, complete.

When it got to my home it was missing the spare tire & wheel, owners manual & small tools, their story was it was it was left in the wash rack and they would send them immediately.

Upon close inspection I found signs of overspray, they explained it was from "Freshening the car up". Bull, I found little holes in a fender with bondo squirted thru. Accident free?

Shortly after that sales man was dismissed and I could not get anyone to assist me, then they quit taking my calls.

I have acquaintances that have bought cars and had similar issues and ended up in the same place.

Daniel Schmidt is a crook and a liar and doesn't stand behind his car sales.

 

or his car purchases.
