what please is a F SP12?
AFAIK: the only one SP12 ( EC ) has been made by F as a unique for eric clapton

 

mine is 1984 512 BBi factory wide body. Eric Clapton is 458 SP12 custom wide body with v12 made to look like the 512bbi.

I had 42509 but sold it just over a year ago.

I replaced it by 28703 with Koenig performance upgrades only, no body work, with boxer trim. I also picked up 51803 which is original right down to the Italian air in the tires but she needs a lot of TLC, no boxer trim.

I believe that #19271 was the first 512 produced. Newman is restoring the car. There is a thread on the restoration. According to Beehl #19711 was the third 512 produced.

I own 19677 (engine ang gearbox No 006)which was the first production car and the first on the road.
The prototype remained by Ferrari untill 1978,then went to the U.S.
