This was the one trip I was planning on going but I missed out. I couldn't find a hotel room.

 

I thought it was Gooding but could be RM
Gooding had a really great breakfast at their Scottsdale auction but I think
this invitation-only event is set for the evening but can't remember which evening...

 

Do you know the VIN for the Straman your father owned?
The one in the image I believe was originally sold to Clarke-Simpkins out of Vancouver, BC, I've been trying to trace this particular vehicle's history...Any help would be appreciated!

Go to Gooding Saturday night when they will auction the absolutely spectacular 250 GT SWB Bertone #3269 GT! Go to RM Sotheby's on Thursday for the Pinnacle Portfolio collection sale. And Friday afternoon to Bonhams at Quail, offering the 250 LWB Interim #1519 GT and the lovely little 212 Inter Cabriolet Vignale #0159 EL.

Of all the cars posted, I would like nothing more than a month off work, that blue gtc4, some nice weather, nowhere to go (where I'm needed), some twisty roads on the coast, several bottles of Lyric Pinot Noir, my wife (with several sun dresses packed in nice leather luggage)…. yeah, that's it. We just did that in the Mondail and I was about as happy as it gets… so no need to dwell on the car… …. …. but v12!
