Hello, I see that some 308 GT4 have a black grill on the front truck and engine compartment, while others have aluminium-style ones. Was that an option? On a blu sera metalizzato, which one should I have ? Many thanks !
It depends on the engine. A 308 GT4 should ALLWAYS have matte black grills. Only the 208 GT4 (italian 2 litre model) should have silver (aluminium/alloy) grills ... and only one tailpipe (exhaust) and Dino Badges and ... Best wishes Markus
Markus is right, all 308 gt 4 's grille were originally black satin,and 208 were silver ,but my 308 gt 4 have silver grille (painted by myself) as i think combo silver+ blu dino metallic,is better than black+blue,i prefer this combo ( more well done , in my opinion.)
Early (at least in the USA) GT4 grilles were a very dark gray, almost black metallic, not actually matte or flat black. Later Gt4's were matte black, IIRC.
