Someone made most of a new body for a totally rusted out car? Engine was sitting outside in the rain and is seized inside? Personally I think it smells of scam. No one in Germany has that English that poor or doesn't know someone who could at least get the words right.

If I am not mistaken, this car was offered here on F-Chat in the past. I believe at that time, it was being advertised from Monaco, but not sure where the actual car was.
