Unfortunately we got hopelessly lost on the way out of the venue and missed the ride, and ended up driving back to Zurich in the rain This weekend is looking good for the Susten-Grimsel-Furka drive - but I just got back from a holiday in Salento Italy a few hours ago and feeling a bit tired, so not sure if I will be up for it. The "Ferrari fever" will probably kick in on Saturday and I will be there - but keeping my options open until then

Happy to join on Sunday as well. I was hoping that my wife would join us for the first time as my co-driver. Being pregnant, she refused to do so, fearing that the roaring of the V8 might be not too beneficial for the unborn child. I do not really agree, quite on the contrary... A friend from Germany will assume the role of the co-driver. She took all the way from Munich to be part of our event. Markus, Remo is not coming?
Hi Markus, Thanks ! Noon, is very, very late, especially on a week-end day. For me, these passes are best enjoyed early in the morning. Maybe I see you in Wassen after I've done all 3 ;-) Not sure yet which car I'll take, but if you see a Nart blue 355 GTS or a Grigio 550, that might be me. Right in front of the Susten Strasse there is a parking , where the Schulhaus is....we can meet there....at the crossing of Gotthardstrasse and Sustenstrasse... Barabba won't be joining us unfortunately, he is not here :-(

Image Unavailable, Please Login Went hiking in the Susten region today (Triftbrücke). Good thing that you are planning your tour tomorrow because today was the Alpenbrevet. Scores of cyclists, with the usual downhill kamikaze, and some worryingly under trained. Some were starting the climb to the Sustenpass from Wassen at ... 4pm. And they were not going fast.
I will not be joining the Susten-Grimsel-Furka ride tomorrow, although I might drop by in the morning to say hi. I just got back from a driving holiday in Italy and I am all driven out. We drove the "heel" of Italy and it was a lot of fun, although I would not take the Ferrari on those roads Only downside of the trip is Eurocar "upgraded" us from a manual Fitat 500, Cabriolet, to an automatic, Audi A3, Cabriolet, Diesel! Nice car, but no stick shift Fiat 500
