CAFE would like to invite everyone to join us for a very special event. 2015 marks our 10th Annual Ferraris at Morrison gathering to be held on Saturday, September 26th from 11am-3pm. This is a "Ferrari Specific" show to be enjoyed by owners, enthusiasts, and the general public. Morrison is an upscale shopping/living/dining complex in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. We will be closing off the main drag in Morrison giving the whole event a "street festival" feel (think Ferrari on Rodeo in Beverly Hills). To enter your Ferrari, simply email me your name, year, model, exterior, and interior to [email protected]. The entry fee is $25 and can be collected as you arrive. Each registered car will receive a goodie bag filled with great swag! Plaques will be awarded to winners in each of a number of classes (the more entries we have, the more classes can be created). [email protected] Those of you that have been each year know what a fun day this will be! If this is your first time with us... welcome, you're going to have a great time! As always, there is no charge for spectators to visit. Also, all non-Ferrari toys are encouraged to be driven to the event as the visitors love to see them nearby as well! Hope to see you all there! Don't hesitate to email me with any questions you may have. Details regarding directions, arrival times, etc. will come as we get closer to the show date. Attended last year's event and had a great time. Lots of beautiful Ferraris and a few invaders (ie, Lambo). Kevin does a terrific job organizing these events.
Sign me up Kevin. Planning to bring BOTH of my Dino's, that is if this Ferrari only event permits Dino's!!!
Always love to see what entries we get in just the first 24 hours! And yes Glenn, we're gonna let those Dinos "squeeeeeek" in! 1967 330 GTC 1972 Dino 246 GTS 1975 308 GT4 1976 512 BB 1977 308 GTB 1981 Mondial 8 1983 308 GTSi QV 1984 308 GTSi QV 1993 348 Series Speciale 1999 360 Modena 2000 360 Modena 2007 612 Scaglietti 2014 458 Italia
Mike It is great you are driving up again for this event! Good chance you will win longest drive again! Look forward to catching up. Peter
Would certainly love to have you again Mike! Remind me your details (full name/year/model/exterior/interior) by emailing me at [email protected]. Thanks!
Nice pic. Of course, this year all that "glowing" yellow on my 612 will be absent - replaced by carbon badges & center caps, and dark lights.
I hope to attend and participate if I can find a car there is low supply right now making it challenging to find a Ferrari I want.
Two weeks from today! We're in that zone between "Hey, registration's open!" and "Oops, deadline is coming, I better get registered!" Get yours in soon! Here's the latest: 1967 330 GTC 1972 Dino 246 GTS 1975 308 GT4 1976 512 BB 1977 308 GTB 1981 Mondial 8 1983 308 GTSi QV 1984 308 GTSi QV 1989 348ts 1993 348 Serie Speciale 1999 360 Modena 2000 360 Modena 2000 360 Modena 2007 612 Scaglietti 2014 458 Italia
Just a quick note to let everyone know the deadline for registration will be at Midnight this coming Monday, September 21st. I will need the following days to create dash placards, lay out the parking, etc. We'd certainly love to have any and all of you join us! Simply email me at [email protected] with your full name/year/model/colors. See you soon! - Kevin
One final reminder to get your registrations in by this coming Monday at midnight. We're going to have a fantastic day and don't want you to miss out!
Wish I could be there again this year. Schedule has me working. If it changes I will try to make it, but I probably would not know until early Saturday morning at best. If that happens I will just be there for fun. I had a great time last year!! PDG Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
Everything still on for tomorrow? Trying to finalize my plans so that I can attend. I saw on Weather.com that it's supposed to be cloudy but the chance of rain has dropped from 60% to 20%.
As of now, we're a "go". Things would only change if there was a significant chance of a total washout. See everyone tomorrow!
Seemed like a really good turnout today despite the threatening weather. Kevin - great to meet you in person today and thank you for organizing a cool event! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
What??? You mean it was damp out there and none of the cars melted? Lol Looks like it was a great turnout! Wish I could've come but I had some scheduling issues at the last minute.
Gotta admit I was surprised to see what all I saw there because many times owners do think their cars will melt lol
Great show yesterday! Despite the rain, a great group of cars made it out. Thanks for organizing this event Kevin, I had a great time! Even though we only spoke briefly, it was nice to meet you. Here are a few shots from the show: https://www.flickr.com/photos/118160644@N04/albums/72157658724751639 I'll be updating this album over the next few days, so keep an eye on it!
