    Be very careful with vinyl type. I had black and white put down in my garage and everyone said it would be fine. Well what they did know was that if you left a car parked for more than 24 hours,,,, there would be a chemical reaction between the rubber tire and the white tile,,,and it would leave a brown mark on the white tiles that will not come out. Tried everything , bleach , degreaser ect. I had epoxy put down at my hangar and it is fine. But it was 15K for 8000sq'. We need to come up with a better solution .

    Wet epoxy is unbelievably slippery ...even with no slip shoes.

    Concrete, polished to 900 grit 2,000sq ft. $8,500. 4 men over a ten day period. Including cure time. I nave not water tested it. But it has a texture feel
