Aside from the missing front lip, which could be easily replaced, any reason why buyers arent jumping on this Scud. If I was in the market, I'd def buy this over others which are asking $25-50k more. Not sure why this car hasnt sold.

It all comes down to personal taste, but I just don't like yellow cars. For me, it would have to be an absolute steal for me to buy a yellow scud. No offense to those who like yellow!

I like the color combo on that specimen! Anyone else spy a Kreissieg exhaust and a peculiar looking foil heat wrap of sorts through the rear vents?

I wonder why they didn't take pics of the overall engine bay.

What do you guys think is going on with the Scud market? Looks like quite a few examples hitting the market and not selling.

Yes indeed... wonder if it has anything to do with the crash in the Chinese market?

i Think that some people buy before summer and sell after summer.. some other bought The car thinking That they can rise 1 million $ in 4 months...But is too early! for sure The price of The scud will growth but it needs time!... u will see when The 488 'speciale' will make his debut... The Scud will go on The Stars Because SCUD means FERRARI, Scud is what a Ferrari should be , is The best Ferrari ever built in my opinion.

What's difference between 08's and 09's that would actually warrant a premium? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've only seen vague references to a carbon package of sorts and nothing else.

Historically, 09s have gone for a $10-15k premium over the 08s w similar mileage, even if the 08 had a US Carbon Pkg.

    Differences:
    • 09s came standard with Carbon Pkg (Headlamps, splitter, door sills & diffuser)
    • Very late production 09s changed to a different resin for the carbon panels that are more resilient to heat & sun
    • 09s came with a commemorative plaque to celebrate Ferrari winning the 2008 WCC
    • 09s addressed some minor electrical bug fixes

Personally, I think the premium is more to do with the fact 09 is the final production year i.e. a year "fresher".

It certainly seems like in Europe all the low mileage SCUDs have disappeared

Do car markets seem to be cooling off or are they just not getting my talked about as much? I was on McLaren life asking for info on a 12C and said I was thinking about trading in the Scud. I received 6 PM's in about 48 hours asking for info on my Scud and wanting to know what I wanted for it. This tells me Scuds are still one of the "it" cars to have.

Are you sure all 09's came standard with the Carbon package? I believe the US carbon package was only standard on US spec cars. I've seen 09's in the EU without the carbon options.

My list only applies to the US market, also why there's a "US" in front of "Carbon Pkg".
