This came off my 360 when I had the Tubi installed. There's no markings on it anywhere which leads me to believe it was maybe build in someone's garage. Any hints? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The construction looks rather poorly done. The stainless wrap is not unusual. My FabSpeed muffler seems to have a similar wrap. It was cracking in a few places and had to be welded up. The welds in the picture are rough!!! I would not pay $$ for something like that!!!!!
That's why I took it off. Yes it looks like the muffler has had a wrap welded, poorly at that onto it.
the short welds on the insulation are fine, there is no need to continuously weld the cover, it looks substantially just like a tubi, how does is sound differ from a tubi?
It was louder than the Tubi I had installed, so maybe it's another model. I think tubi make systems with different noise levels? But surely there would be some markings on it somewhere if it were a Tubi?
