I need to replace the battery in my 612. looking at the terminals it looks more complicated than a normal battery replacement. There seems to be lots of connections on top of the battery. Does anyone have a diy step by step guide?

    1. Turn off battery (90 degree) power switch.
    2. Remove trunk right side trims
    3. Disconnect negative lead (rearward) with standard tools
    4. Remove positive leads "battery station/module" cover by finding the two "pinch-in" tabs on the black cover and lifting upward.
    5. Loosen terminal nut on battery station's connection to positive terminal a few turns.
    6. Slightly rotate battery station back and forth while lifting off positive terminal, leaving battery station up and slightly forward on car.
    7. Remove battery hold-down/mount
    8. Remove old battery and install new in reverse order.
    9. Go through reset process once power switch turned back on (look it up, key on for 30 seconds, then off, then back on, then off, then open and close locks with key. Then drive or something to that effect)

Thanks for this. I've been investigating and there are 2 screws that are screwed into the top of the battery which secure the circuit board with multiple connections. Once I removed these 2 screws everything became easier.

I could do with smaller hands though!
