Oh, certainly. Not knocking the 458 engine, especially the Speciale version. Love the carbon covers and red stripe.

To me it looks boring and small. I think they could have done so much more.

Interesting they are now doing this. Perhaps as a way to avoid confusion over what options the vehicle possesses....

On the engine bay- yes the new car looks newer- just how its supposed to be. But the smaller air plenums and larger engine bay covers calls out - at least to me- for some serious CF panels in there to jazz it up- otherwise its quite a bit of black plastic. 488 is a nice car- thanks for sharing the pictures.

It would look great all tricked out in CF.

I agree completely and that's why ordered the full carbon engine bay on mine.

I suppose they'll get some people to order up more options because of the spec plaque. I thought I would order the carbon engine parts later via aftermarket. However didn't want it to be missing from my list:).

Really I didn't want to wait for it and have to deal with the install but it sounds good that way!

Both are unique. I would choose the first one.

After selling 90% red/black LaFerraris, did Ferrari remove the red/black color option for the 488 GTB?
    Can't remember seeing a single red/black 488 yet!

    Edit:
To make things clear, I'm talking about the exterior red/black bi-colore option, not a red car with black interior..
