Current market spreads in the UK are as follows:
F40 best grade cars 1,100 sterling, to average cars 750 sterling, recent sale last couple of weeks was GrayPaul Classics 2000klm car sold for 1,095 sterling
288 GTO spread is wide 2 million sterling to 3 million sterling first grade cars, recent sales in the last couple of months was Simon Furlongers car for 2.4 million sterling, 1 owner 7klm car is good condition. F50 market 1,250 sterling for average cars to first grade low miles 1.8 sterling and Enzo market 1.1 sterling to 1.8 sterling for first grade cars, recent sale Gray Paul classics 1.6 Sterling for a 4.5 klm car is great condition, the spread between sub 3k miles grade one cars and average mileage cars is around 40 % in the UK. Grade one cars are very low klm's sub 3k, original condition and paint, low ownership and perfect providence.
Average cars are around 10k , several owners and not in factory original condition.

Find it amusing they note it's LHD. Either posted by someone at JD who is more interested in Bee-keeping or they assume interest from buyers with zero interest in the car itself. 3m GBP is quite funny too.

 

There are a few right hookers kicking around though in the UK and other places, so just clarification I guess, but you are probably more on the mark with the real reason

 

HR Owen in London also have a GTO for sale 30k 4 owners, price 2.4m GBP, Simon Furlongers sold their 7k car a few months back for 2.4m GBP.

 

57223 is indeed quite special, one of the few that is fully-documented from 1985 to now, we sold it to the current owner @ 5 years ago.

 

OP, Dutton Garage (Melbourne) has a LaFerrari and F50 for sale.
