Might it be a problem with one of the cam variators? Is said to be a common problem with the 360. I believe that there was a recall campaigne at some time. Was that done? I recall that my QP5, having similar cam variators, started to make a slight tapping noise when they started to go. If it is a cam variator, I would suggest immediate repair, because it is said that there have been a number of engine breakdowns due to failing cam variators in the 360. Should be possible to locate by using a hose, with one end at the ear, the other end held near areas of suspect (old method, but very very effective)
I really hope this is a joke. If you came into my shop with a internet page printout you'd be DNS from that point forward because nothing I'd tell you would ever be correct. Take it to the/a shop and have it fixed. There is no other way and ESPECIALLY not thinking you can rev or drive it out. A few hundred metal parts in your engine and each one makes a different noise. EDIT - Just processed the last diagnosis... You have GOT to be kidding me...
