    1982 308 2v The heads are off and disassembled. I have purchased valves, springs, guides, seals. I was quoted $600 labor only to clean, deck, replace guides, grind and set installed height without cams and pressure test.

    The exhaust guides are just over high limit and the intakes are not that bad. Thinking to only replace the exhaust as I do not want to jeopardize the heads with any damage from install

    What have others paid for labor?
