I am looking to join the ranks of regretful former 328 owners. I bought the car from a fellow F-chatter and the car has been absolutely tremendous. Color combination looks beautiful on the 328 and is rare, apparently only 2 Argento/Tan 328 GTSs sold in the U.S.

    Details:
    VIN ZFFXA20A5J0075442
    39,0XX miles
Major Service in 2013 (belts, seals, water pump, and much more)
Annual services completed in 2014 and 2015
Tools with pouch, jack and bulb/fuse kit with pouch, original leather targa cover
    Original manual in leather pouch
Even the work light with pouch!
Includes 2 sets of keys including the original hinged “knee” key
Binder with full set of records
Tires still with plenty of life
    Concave wheels are beautiful
    Yoshi Shields
    Brushed aluminum shift knob
Aluminum drilled pedal set with dead pedal
    Alpine stereo with usb/ipod connectivity
    Ricambi car cover
Everything works! (windows don’t have typical 328 slowness, clock keeps perfect time, retractable antenna)
Recently on the cover of Hemmings Sports & Exotic Car, featured in their 328 buyers’ guide.

The car is gorgeous and will stand out in a crowd. Price is $89,000. Would be happy to facilitate a PPI in the Phoenix area. The car has been incredibly maintained by well known and respected FMS (Andy) in Fountain Hills, AZ. I have clear title in hand. For out-of-towners, I am close to the airport and can pick you up if you need to come in to see the car. I am hoping to find a good home here on F-chat before presenting it to the general public. PM me if seriously interested. Thanks.

I wanted to recommend this car and current owner to buyers looking for a great opportunity.

This was my first Ferrari, and I sold it to Matt a couple years ago. I know the car well and I know that no expense was spared in maintaining the car for both Matt and me. The car was originally from Washington DC on its way to California and Colorado and now AZ. It has a very rare and beautiful color combo that will represent well at car shows. It is a really fun car and I know it will continue to appreciate in the future. Dave Helms maintained the car in Colorado. The current mechanic worked at the Ferrari factory. No surprises on this one.

    Good luck on the sale.

    I miss the car.

Very, very nice car. Timing is just wrong for me now unfortunately. Glws!

Edit: Unless you'd take an Alfa Montreal in partial trade! ;)

I had a 1970 LT1 roadster. Mulsanne blue on blue vinyl. Sound of the engine is amazing! I agree...great Vette.

A friend of mine, Giovanni Baldarelli, owned a silver/tan 328 GTS in Los Angeles a number of years ago and I helped him sell it to John Bemiss in Phoenix. Is this the same car? Great color combination. Good luck with the sale.

It actually is the same car. I pulled the set of pictures and description from 2007 when i helped sell it from one friend to another and was able to verify the VIN. The photos were taken in 2006 at Ferrari of Washington (DC) showing just shy of 26,000 miles. It is a very pretty car and I will give it some consideration.

Sorry about the mixup. I knew the car was originally owned in DC and I talked to the original owner at length. I knew it went to CA after that. I was not aware of an AZ connection until I bought it from a CA dealer through a MO dealer to go home with me to CO. I then moved to AZ several years later where I sold it to Matt still in Phoenix. A thorough car-fax would clear any questions of history up rather quickly.

    Best.

Not sure how this car is still for sale. What an outstanding specimen and the Argento paint is just icing on the cake.

That lightens the car and improves performance. Should be a premium.

Gawd don't do it ...... I had sellers remorse for 13 years after selling my 328.
The only thing that fixed it was buying a 355, I often wonder who has my 328 ?
I love that color, love those cars, and I still miss mine.

    Matt,

It is rare, no doubt and no question, but there were more than 2 sold in the US...
    I have 61437, 62055, 62513, 62669, 67053, 67283, 71993, 75442 and 81279 as US 328s in Argento over Beige leather.
That makes at least nine, and my listings are not complete, so there may be more...

    Rgds
