My car was also federalized by Amerispec and the rear lights were reversed (red outside). I wonder if Amerispec reverse the rear lights on all the boxers that they federalized?

That's how they avoided cutting unsightly side markers into the body. Mine is the same and there's a checklist in Dick's federalization package that includes "swapping taillights"

interesting. I don't have that checklist from dick. my car was initially federalized by dick but shortly thereafter sent to Roberto vila in bastiglia. the car was fully undone and sent back to the states in true euro form...at great expense from what I can tell.

at any rate. at any rate, interesting to know there is in fact an amerispec check list.

They surely used leather dye to clean up those seats and console..
Look at auction pics and then Schmitty pics..
    the leather scratches are gone..

They have a photographer beyond ...and the flourescent ceiling lights are a real helper..

It should be free. No one is going to be driving it anyway, fairly risk free.
