I told you already...jeez... If a car is sub 5 secs 0-60 then she is plenty fast enough for street driving. With that base line crossed it all comes down to how the car handles...its balance and steering response. The 355 has wonderful balance...the best you'll ever find...sheer joy Steering is light for some All modern cars brake just fine for street driving
Beyond ugly. Just a monstrosity. Please no more of these photos on a 355 forum...it is soooo repugnant. When is the US going to produce a beautiful car?......do you not appreciate design? Other than the glorious GT40 that is.

Drove a McLaren MP4-12C the other day, a rocket ship on wheel, but not as much fun to drive as my slower 355 Spider.

I saw one today. Lovely car, but understated. Doesn't get the blood pumping the way seeing an F355 would.
The F355 is a masterpiece. No need to compare to a Bentley. Ferrari just got it all right with the 355 The overall design, the wheels, the interior, the engine, the transmission, the supple ride the wonderful balance and the sound. Only fault maybe is steering a tad light for some They're a masterclass in how to produce an object of true desire The world is a better place with the F355 in it.
The 355 is a great car but it's not without its issues (as clearly shown by the 355 threads in this section of the Forum), so let's not try to kid the World that it's some kind of perfect masterpiece! Performance-wise it's a great performer for it's age but time has caught up with it and there are a number of "lesser" cars that will not only keep it behind them (think BMW's M4 & M5 [both E60+F10 variants] ), but some that will simply humiliate it! (think Nissan GT-R [to be fair, a GT-R will humiliate just about any production car, old or new] ). Styling-wise, beautiful as the 355 is, the 328 trumps it. Why? - Because the 328 has a more delicate, curvaceous, elegant, classic design that the 355 simply cannot match. From a purely styling point of view, the 328 is a definitive Ferrari design and about as perfect as it gets! Nobody is "dissing this machine" in this thread - Frankly that all seems to be in your head! All people are saying is that there are some cars that are even more fun and entertaining to drive than the 355. You don't agree with their opinion? - That's fine, but don't try to dictate to others on here that your opinion is the only one that is right or matters, this is FerrariChat.com not lotuskChat.com!
Like all new ferraris since the 355. This one is starting to grow on me. I usually just think they are ok and as time goes on i start to like them more and more. The paint design is very good, thanks for sharing. I should clarify because all their super cars I like immediately. They allways seem to get the styling correct.
