FYI I would have said quite a few more choice words. When you take the viewports off on the back of each of the heads on the rear, are the alignment marks matching when at TDC? Chit dude..

Well it is JUST a car, and luckily his wife is ok. That would be all that really mattered to me.
I LIKE my cars and LOVE my wife. Is it unfortunate? Yes. Is it a reason to hate your life? Hell no. But hey, luck would have it that what ever damaged the car only hit the car, and did not fly through the windshield and decapitate a loved one.

+1, in the dealer plates, unless your wife is also covered. Either way it's going to be real PITA to get them to cover an engine repair...

BTW, I understand white cloud if coolant/oil spilled on hot exhaust, what I don't get is why this would translate into coolant coming out of the exhaust unless a) coolant is sucked into the intake (how? oil aerator blowing coolant though b/c of the beach?) or b) you have blown head gasket (God forbid)...though that would mean someone drove the car for quite a while or very hard...not just "moments" after the debris was hit. Good Luck

PS: I see an Autel Maxys Pro diagnostic system (pretty nice scan tool) in the video, do they have a Ferrari software package? If so, can you run any diagnostic on it beyond the standard OBDII or can you get into the more advance functions like TCU etc...

 

Wow.... I feel your pain... That would have me thrown off the cliff... My wife only drives when I am next to her. She will not take the car out by herself. Well she has few times when her sisters came over though... I hope it is not serious...

Obviously she does not understand what hitting/running over stuff can damage!!!! and what to do before major damage occurs...

 

Don't be too hard on her. Women are just not technical and incapable of logical thinking in general. I'm sure she is feeling very sorry and terrible right now. It's over and done with. I hope the OP and her are in speaking terms and move on to a brighter future. After all, it's only a car.
