    Guys,

Long time FChatter here. I just acquired a lovely 2007 599 to go with my 550 and 308.

I am very interested in hardwiring my V1 into the 599 and want to know if anybody has already done so. Specifically, I am looking for an ignition-keyed power source.

Many thanks for any advice from somebody who has been down this path already. Thank you!

    Wolf

Rob- One solution. Scott did a Homelink in my 575M.

V1 also has an OBD adapter. My K40 installer said that the only other source was the cigarette lighter...

There is power in the mirror, overhead light assembly, and on the dash. Lots of options. The mirror is the simplest although I put my Homelink in the overhead light assembly because 575Ms have no power in the mirror.
