Looks like the Keno Brothers are still fans of resale red!

Looks like a MEAN MoFo !

Will be watching this auction as this is truly one of the first sales attempting to "bridge-the divide" between cars and "cars as Art"..."Rolling Sculpture" as it were. Not simply in words only....but From presentation (dully noted) to origins of presenters (Keno Bros) who are steeped in the Art World. Wonder how many Keno clients from the "traditional art" world have been persuaded that "this is your chance to be one of the first" ...avantgarde' ! ... to break-into the "new frontier" of Art....I am breathless just thinking about !!...lol...

Prince Bernhard's black 212 is my favorite of the lot, followed closely by the 250GTE. The 212 seems to have original paint, still. If so, that's awesome.

Will be interested to see how they do, but the estimate on the "conversion" Comp Daytona seems a bit high to me.

    12467 did not sell 17 August 2014 at Gooding's in Pebble. Back then the estimate was $ 5.5 M to 7 M. The highest bid was $ 4.4 M.

At current sell-thru rate, unless otherwise reported, safe to assume everything was a "No Sale/No interest". Things don't appear to be going all that well.

DISASTER of and on the highest order...result of market, venue or Keno 'bros ? Never really seemed to get off the ground, limited audience participation (clapping etc)...no energy. Dreadful really dreadful....what's next?
