i really want to encourage all readers: please share picture/s of your CONNOLLY, FRANZI, ARBOTAN ® seats and interiors. Especially the original interiors and seats with patina / worn hides are of BIG interest. This not only regarding the hides but how they were originally sewed. We often see differences not only a) between the original hides and the new hides used during restoration but also b) between the original sewing and the way and style the seats are sewed during restoration. We clearly need to dedicate time to this theme. I count on you fellow readers. Ben
Would my 365GT 2+2, s/n 12327, have had Franzi leather? It was definitely black from new, and I believe the leather that's there is still the original. Is there a way to tell?
Superb 12327 exterior picture: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/142433249-post6.html Surely the missing interior pictures will tell much about the leather. Fellow Marcel MASSINI supplied the above mentioned data, he surely has the production data of your car.
Thanks, although it doesn't look like that any more! Sorry for the thread hijack... Image Unavailable, Please Login
