1975 Ferrari 365 GT4/BB typical Bill Noon presentation. A few non original bits i think. Side Mirrors? Front clamshell side markers? Radiator expansion tank, of course The rear bumper has two red lights in it. If this non original or a 365 specific item? Washer tank is different. I thought it would be the blue bag type- this looks like the BBi tank perhaps. Does the 365 not have the metal grill at the bottom of the rear bumper section like the 512? $529K. I bet it will sell quick.

this car once has been registerd in germany. there is a german self made name plate inside what is here the law because of the gross vehicle weight and permissible weight on the front axle and the rear axle
Nice survivor, but there are a bunch of odd details. Black engine covers are shiny paint rather than anodized. Weird square lights in back and dimple lights on the front quarter panels -- maybe a German market thing? Wrong tires -- I assume 365 should be on TRXs like the rest of the Boxers. Too bad about the modern radio, missing equalizer and cavallino stickers. Looks like the tool case has gone missing. All that said, beautiful car that will sell like hotcakes.
those weird square lights in the back are red reflectors ( law in germany ) in the dimple lights are turn signal lights
Adding two notes: The front tires are Michelin XGT V 215/65/15, this is a 1980's design tire, so not period compatible with a 365 BB. Back tires are period correct XWX. The front grill ressembles that of a 512 BBi front grill, with the fog lights exposed. The end of the horizontal plates of the grill have a different cut compared to the 512 BBi plates though. I would not think this is an original equipment anyway.
Correction on the front grill: There is a specific 365 BB front grill part number for Germany and it is a different part number to that of the 512 BBi, so this could be a Germany specific original equipment of the 365 BB.
Even better as long as it wasn't turd brown originally. Anyone want to trade their blue boxer for my red one?
If that is the case, you have to hand it to Symbolic for focusing on the 'positives' while covering up things that are not correct/original on the car, no?
Not sure thats coming out the way you intended. I wouldn't give them kudos for misrepresentation. Could be passing on info they believe to be true. After all the prototype 512 was believed to be Rosso Corsa by the seller and only when I started taking it apart did it turn out to be Rosso Dino originally.
I was looking at this: "completely original and never restored interior as well as most of the original paint with only the lower Boxer trim black areas showing signs of a repaint." So they were able to detect the repaint on the boxer trim but not on the rest of the car? Also -- it was mentioned that the 9 inch rear wheels were standard and original: "The original and correct Mushroom seats, correctly part numbered ANSA Tripple-Tip exhaust system, hard headliner with sun shades unique Cromodora Magnesium/Alloy 7.5 inch front and 9 inch rear wheels are just a few of these features." It implies the enumerated set of features all represent original and correct items, but I guess that's a way to market these things?
I like the factory-correct electrical tape repair on the cloth-braided hose on the right side of the engine. It's a "Double N" boxer: Needs Newman. John in CT
This is certainly a beautiful car the could be brought back to original without too much trouble. The seller clearly thinks he has an original car which will be a sticking point with a knowledgeable buyer.
