I know, but my comment remains about TPS chips. They are after market and not for the challenge series. The are supposed to be based on the challenge chips.

Tim the best way to check on all this is bring a few sets to dyno day and we will do some runs with them to check the results. It was very illuminating when we did the 348 versions.

Speak for yourself. We 348 guys need the power worse than you guys do. :)

Vince, any idea of the origin of your chips? I'd be interested in trying some.

Bring these and I will bring the 348 ones so we can do both cars. Actually , we already know the story with the 348, but we could test the chips on yours.

I think I have all the 348 chips I got from Bruce

I do have most fuel and timing map locations for the 2.7 348 and 355. Will have my new chips and hardware monday then the games begin.
Not my first rodeo working on chips, I stopped about 1997 so I should be able to pick up in the correctmind set.
I will not be posting any mods I do or other info but you and the stooges will all be in on it as it's a group effort that requires everyone's knowledge
We just need a good knock sensor now.

We need more mid range for street use in the 348 I think we can do it :)

I have 2 348s that are in need of such help.

It's embarrassing to be out dragged by a hairdresser in a boxster :(

Mike, mine came from a Challenge box I bought from a guy who set up the cars for Ferrari of Washington. I will see if I can burn you a set, or I can send you a similar set that almost had the same values as mine.

Pretty impressive values for a Dynojet dyno. I estimate your gross output at about 425 HP! This is based on the difference of a Dynojet to a Dynapak on my car, adjusted for net drive train loss.

Nice numbers, I need to catch up! Any idea what he used for software?

So much easier for the domestics I work on. Buy the software and use it, simple! :D

Edit- forgot to ask, are you on a raised or stock rev limiter?

    Hi Vince and Jim,

We discussed the tuning earlier this year in this thread: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/348-355-sponsored-bradan/474618-built-twin-turbo-setup.html

We started with a healthy F355 engine. Felix raised the redline to 9,000. I have no idea what software he used. By the time I finished at the office and got over to the shop, he was finished and his assistant was buttoning things up. Felix told me I'd be pleased and went out of the lab to get some fresh air.

Get a few cars together and fly him out.

It's not that far away, I've been to Kuwait and Saudi to tune :)
