Back to the OP......F1 really stinks.
Ferrari is owned, operated, designed and built in Italy (unlike the British brands), but you call them out for employing foreigners, yet give the British a pass because they're "British at heart" even though they're foreign owned, foreign designed and even sometimes foreign made? Has to be a joke, right?
The only time you have to apologize for being an American woman is if your last name is Kardashian (and certain politicians I am not allowed to mention here). It's not just the BMW dealerships that resist dealing with Minis. It's ANY Shop, Dealership or Independent because they are a nightmare to work on. To do any significant repairs to one, the front clip (hood & grill at a minimum, and fenders on occasion) have to be removed for access. It has to do with packaging mostly. BTW I own and drive two BMW's and one Ferrari and love all three, even with their quirks and short comings.
Ah, remarkable !! So, I am not only racist, but misogynist as well !!! Funny what you can invent from a simple comment. It seems that you are making it up as you go along ...
Touche on the Kardashian. Ah, we are kindred spirits. Before my Ferrari, I was a BMW driver. I had the James Bond Z3 and a 1 Series M Convertible. Modified it up to 400 hp. It ran great. My husband worked for BMW for years as a body shop estimator, but I was driving BMWs when he worked for Mercedes as well. Always liked them better. The techs hate working on the minis. The client facing staff hate dealing with the owners, who they claim, all want to be treated like they bought a 7 series.
Exactly. I like the use of the word "allied" also as if BMW didn't just buy the brands - which is exactly what happened. I must be getting trolled.
