Just recently I notice a small light near the "Deactivating the anti-theft alarm" button was flashing like a strobe light. This is the small circular light opening near the dome light switches. At night you can see it strobing continuously but it's very subtle. I called the dealer and they think the light bulb is going bad. To replace the bulb, you have to replace the entire unit. Not sure what the entire unit consists of but it will cost $1218 plus tax. Fortunately my car is still under warranty. It expires in late Jan. 2016.

I wasn't planning to buy the 2 year extended warranty but now I'm rethinking my decision. If my car wasn't under warranty, I probably wouldn't fix it since it is not noticeable during the day.

That's a screen shot right from the parts section of their website. I got no indication it was a joke.

If you opt for the carbon fiber sport version, it costs even more and takes 6 months to go Red 10 from the factory.

I would also assume your car would be out of commission for 3-6 months while the ferrari team ships it back to Italy to replace the bulb...

Car not under warranty = 1 small ice pick and hard jab. Cost - 1.99 for the ice pick.

Had the same issue with my 13 spider. The entire unit had to be replaced. The problem is not the bulb but faulty overhead module. At night it felt like I was at a disco club.
