Doing my testarossa major. One of the steps is to disconnect the master electric connection which is just an electrical connector that joins up the battery cable as it enter the engine bay. Its just a nice high amperage 12v connector...

I think this is a great idea to add to my other cars...

Searched the net, McMaster, Jeggs, etc, and I can't find anyone that sells a connector that can be spliced into a battery cable like the ferrari one...

Anyone seen anything similar? Any leads appreciated...

A race car shop should sell something appropriate - there must be an equivalent to Demon Tweeks - if not a Ferrari dealer eg from 355 p/n 139607 - failing that a friend in the UK might have a spare

If you are talking about the red square connector, the plastic part was available from both Ferrari and T Rutlands last I checked. Again, last time I bought one it was inexpensive. They are a generic part and available in a few different sizes for different load ratings. Ferrari only supplies the metal portion with the cables. The cable connector suppliers offered them in sets.

I took a quick look and do not seem to have saved any links but they are out there if you do a search of connector suppliers. I suspect there are other designs as well if you are planning on a different application. Just look for cable quick disconnects.

Thanks guys. I searched like crazy. The only ones for sale are the 2 pole ones for hooking up a trailer. The andersen ones arent the same gauge as a battery cable... IF I do find a signle pole one, they are never rated for 150 amps+...

Thats why my interest was piqued when I saw it on the ferrari...

The Ferrari part number was 1321 for the square red plastic part and the cable terminal was 1319. Don't remember the company name, but an electrical supply company out there supplies those parts using those numbers in their own part number.
