308 gt4 remove door panel

Anybody know the trick to remove the door panels?
I have taken out all the screws and handle but still have a hang up from upper right middle
Any help would be appreciated.

 

I don't have a pic right in from of me but you need to gently pry off the leather strip that runs along the top and above the handle/pouch part is . It will come right off, then you have to unscrew where each end of the handle and the whole panel will come off

 

also, be careful if you are taking this off b/c the window slipped off it's track-that's easy to get back in there but it's a ridiculously basic system and the glass can slip down and break-you don't want that, they didn't make many of these cars
