As many here are fortunate enough to own multiple cars, how many of you already own a Mclaren in addition to a Ferrari or are seriously considering adding one in 2016 ?

Happy Holidays by the way ..

No Mac for me...but 580-2 Lambo on order for April.

Thought about Mac, but need to see more 'stability' in models for my comfort zone.

The Lambo 2 looks to be an awesome car.

You watch the reviews of the Lambo 2? Very surprising and disappointing. I was keen to drive one but not now.

I was planning to get a MAC but again they keep releasing new models and now they confirmed that the P14 will be released in 2017,,,, very confusing,,, so I kepy my FF and ordered an F12 to be delivered April 2016

Hey Richard. I have a 650s, it's a great car and honestly between that and the 458 I'd keep the 650s. I have a 675lt that I ordered this year, it will be here in March/April.

I believe that they are great cars and anyone that truly give them a shot (and drives them properly) will feel the same way. If you're stuck on the Ferrari brand and the noise it used to offer and don't give it a chance you're only shorting yourself.

Had a 12C which I really liked then added a 458... sold the 12C soon after and wouldn't get another McLaren now. Ferrari all the way, next adding an FF.

I'll wait for the new Dino. In what a Mac depreciates in 2 years you could pay almost pay for it cash.

    The 675 is tempting.

Have had two BigMacs. Now have my 650S. They are great cars, power and the carbon tub makes a huge difference as well as the trick suspension.

Considering adding a 570S to 458S and FF. Would be a very different experience...

Lambo 2 reviews are great (and yes you can always find some hater)...oh and NA engine to boot. Not going to get into a Lambo bash here as I like both F and L. After owning 610-4 I look forward to a fun one with more room to play with rear end.

My 458 arrives in a week or so and look forward to it as well.

Anywho...I'm looking forward to adding it.

Are these those bad reviews--just horrible:

Id think about a severely depreciated 12c. But likely not.

I had a 650S Coupe and sold it after 6 months for the following reasons:

    - average engine noise
    - slow shifting compared to Ferrari (especially downshifts)
    - uncomfortable sport seats
    - annoying and unpractical doors
    - turbo lag.

It was super fast but not as inspiring as my usual F cars. Also, be careful about depreciation, the market for it is weak and McLaren keeps bringing new cars to market...

Arnaud (No more McLaren for me!)

If the eventual depreciation of the limited production 675LT's echo what has happened with the MP4-12C's then I will be tempted to put a 675LT in the garage...unless, in a few years, an F12 can be had for similar money.

    Hoping to add a 650s or another 12c and a 991 turbo S.

I was supposed to have bought a 12c in Oct./Nov., but the deal fell through .

We got a 650s at about $65k off MSRP for new, and agree with all your notes. Uninspiring.
It's worth $25k less now just a few months later. Dead market indeed. So likely passing on 675c and Spider.

Almost identical path to me! Had a 12C spider which I loved, added a Speciale. Now sold the 12C in favour of an FF. Nothing but approval for the 12C but in the end the Speciale's added responsiveness, mated to similar performance, plus it's rarity (at least when compared to the demand for it) and the fact it was my first brand new Ferrari meant the Speciale was never going to be sold and it ultimately started to unpick the case for keeping the !2C. Others will think differently.

While I completely understand those who go the Mac route, it will be a little while before I return. Simply because I want to commit my spending power to one and I prefer Ferrari; history, my boyhood love for cars, their range is wider, they are easily the equal of McLaren products in my eyes.

A Speciale and an FF covers a few more bases than when paired with a 12C Spider (open air duties covered by a 5 year old 911).

More similar than you think, my open air duties are covered by a 993 Targa!
