That is the same unit I have on my 355. I am yet to put the code on it. I didn't know this thing had nav on it. Cool

Cool, thanks. My initial search, including the keyword NAV, resulted only in $1000+ Ferrari Becker cassette players (no CD or NAV).

Many sellers TRY to get that much. I paid less than $300 for mine.

Looks great. On my wish having removed one aftermarket, glitzy unit and replaced it with a Clarion pop up but it still doesn't look right. Yours works nicely.

Another advantage of the 348 over the 355: Gaudy stereo that gives a great sound? No worries! - It's under a cover so it doesn't matter! ;)

(It's funny how many people have got in My 348 and said:"How much was this car when new?......................Really?............... So someone spent that much money and they didn't even provide space for a stereo?"

Then you show them the stereo under the cover and they say: "Ah! - Right!............So why did they put it under a cover then?" to which My reply is: "I suppose Ferrari must have thought that the stereo spoils the elegance of the interior!")

I have the same radio in my 355, and would like an update when you get the nav working. The ATT cell service is very spotty where I drive.

Just wanted to do a quick update on my purchase thread. Right after taking delivery the car developed a clutch issue. Air was getting into the system. So the seller and I reached out to the shop that worked on the car exclusively for the past few years and was the shop the did the big valve guide job. They were about 5 hours away from me, but we felt it was worth the drive as they knew the car so well. It ended up being a seal in that back failed.

As with many jobs we did a "while your in there" and upgrade to the full hill engineering kit. Also a small "tune up" which was a job I was planning on doing in the spring but since the car was already there I figured why not.

The car feels soo much better. The only bummer is the roads are now in official winter mode covered in salt. So it goes from the trailer straight to storage :(

To anyone in the NY/PA area I would highly recommend Jim at Pocono Sportscar and his shop. A+ crew.

Mike, complements not only on a fine looking car, but also on your photography skills. Oh, and also on your first name. ;)

So you actually drove the car five hours to the shop? Bet that didn't take much arm twisting. :)
