In this pic you can see the bolts poking through the inner door ready for the nuts.

So that's it. I hope I get the same result with the drivers door !

So my next task was fixing my third brake light. I only had 4 of the 7 bulbs working so decided to replace the lot with LEDs. I ordered these from superbrightleds and the part number was 74-WHP.

According to other posts I've read, as well as the parts diagram, there is a cover to remove with two hex bolts. On my car there was no cover and I have two 6mm bolts not hex bolts.

Once the bolts are out (and the cover is off) you slide the light assembly all the way towards the right until the left side of it drops out. Detach the cable and it comes out

I then put this all back and discovered that now only two of the bulbs worked. I therefore took it all apart again and rigged up a very crud tester using a battery charger and some old cable.

I got all 7 to work. I really I have no idea why it didn't work the first time. I reseated all the bulbs but don't think I did anything different from the first go around.

I will keep my eye on this.

Next job, figure out why the windscreen washer jets weren't working. As I mentioned in a previous post I could here the motor working when activated.

After taking the carpet out of the front, the fluid reservoir is held by three 10mm nuts.

The motor is held in place on the bottom with a large metal clip. Removal of the clip and the motor slides out of the reseviour.

Approx 6 inches upstream of the motor I found this. The parts diagram says "one way valve". I think mine has turned into a "no way valve". $65 from Ferrari. $11 from Amazon. Hmmm
