Please measure the distance from the floor to underbody of the car (where the engine frame is attached to the plate with the 6 holes (where the 19mm across flats bolts are fitted). In short, it's good to know the minimum height to raise the car to roll the engine out (on a low trolley). Thanks in advance.
How long do you think the engine out and back in will take if you do not run into anything unexpected ? . How many hours do you have so far in the engine out service? Just curious . Thanks Mark
the motor can be on the ground in a morning......when it goes back in will depend on what other servicing & detailing you are addressing...beyond basic timing and tbelt.
Hi Mark, Rui and i are doing this work , as we did other cars ,after our day jobs. And we can't do it everyday. We try our best not to take too long to do the work, that's why we ask for some patiente to the owner
It is really a great thread and I do look forward to the updates. I need to get to Portugal. It is definitely on my list of places that I need to get to. Thanks Mark
