Has anyone done business with miller on a purchase

I have worked with them for 6+ years. They have been super high integrity the entire way; they will only commit to what they can deliver, will deliver on it if they commit, and do not play games. If what you're asking is if they take care of their established, loyal customers first? I'd say so. Do they also try and also take care of first time Ferrari buyers? Yes - they did for us. If you're looking for miracles, not sure you'll find that.
I went in Dec of 2012 to drive a 458, 575, and 599 and they had a slot for a March 2013 build of a 458. I grabbed that for $20k down, spec'd the car at the atelier in NYC, and was driving it by May. MSRP of course but a great experience. They have since flatbed picked up the car for the annual services from my Southampton home. Not sure I could have asked for much more!
the team at Miller are all good. As noted, Evan and Nick are good guys. Steve Daley takes care of us, he's been working with Ferrari for 25+ years. In fact, he spec'd and sold new the 1999 355GTB we just bought, and he knew the history of the car inside and out. Service dept is also among the very best around. Good luck
