    It should also draw rave reviews at my new firm which speciefies LEDS in EVERYTHING, from an energy savings standpoint...I think we just saved 3 watts!!!!

    Hello,
    I just calculated a price.
    I should have $19.00 plus $ 4.00 per shipment wherever you are in the world. German Post made one world, one price recently. (except inside Germany of course)
    These are my material costs and 5 bucks for my work. LED colour doesn't matter regarding the costs.
    If those, who have already wanted to order one ore more agree, please confirm.
    Here or via PM.
    I think most convenient payment would be via my Paypal account, which I would forward to you via PM. And payment due not earlier than, when the lights are ready to ship.
    I plan to order the material during this weekend. So please let me know.

    This is great.

    I just had a quick look at my handbrake and I see no light, just the bare metal edges of the lever. There's also a small piece of black insulation tape there, so I assume the wiring is back there waiting to be teased out.

    Does this need a lens casing on the front to protect the leds?

    No. Theses LEDs are not very sensitive. Something what would hurt them would also hurt the stock bulb's glass as well.

    The potential next project may be a waterpump resembling the latest genuine Ferrari design.
    We have a weak spot here in our spare parts supply and the available spare parts are a Ferrari unworthy. I modelled the pump housing in my 3D CAD and all the internals are no rocket science. The only question is whether I can achieve a competitve price, because I want it to be completely Made in Germany, including the cast housing and brass impeller.

    Not going to flood your PM box cuz I know how fast it can be filled. Count me in for a green and a blue. If you would do a yellow one, I'm also interested. I think yellow works really well with our existing interior light which is yellow in colour. Cheers :)

    Ah, I see. I am missing the bulb holder, so I presume I'd have to source that first. Is it a standard fuse type holder?
