I am replacing my upper trans mount with the updated 430 mount and have a question about the positioning of the new mount. The old mount has an arrow that is supposed to be pointed upward. I was told the 430 mount should have the long diamond in the center mounted vertical or perpendicular to the ground but there are a couple of triangles on the mount that are making me second guess that. If I point the triangles upward, the diamond in the center tilts forward slightly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Let me edit this:

metal thing should have it's pointy-est part going north/south.

Is absolutely correct. Ferrari did lots of research with Challenge cars to get the right rubber and metal insert for durability. Don't second guess them.
