"Good Girl" by Carrie Underwood. I have such a weird playlist lol.
Apart from the theme to Sunday Night Football and her rendition of the Xmas tune "Do you hear what I hear?" I'm not too familiar with her work. How's that for eclectic? 😃 T
Listening to "Ted Ginn Did Everythin'" by Dead Schembechlers. People really do write songs about everything. Lol And Tom you've never heard "Before He Cheats" or "Two Black Cadillacs"? Both were pretty popular, although you kind of have to listen to country to hear much of her work.
I dont think I know anyone that has silverchair other than me. I bought Freak Show around the time it debuted.
They were really young guys when they first broke, weren't they. If I'm thinking of the right band. They had a couple modest hits IIRC...T
I've moved on to the Sound City soundtrack. Great shizzle. Today I'm all over the place. This sure beats working today.
Freak Show was such a great album. They had much more success outside the U.S. I want to say they were around 16 or so, maybe even 14 or 15 when they had their first big hit. Tomorrow is probably the song you're thinking of Tom. They did have several hits here in the states though. Strangely. I feel like the video used to be different. It's been a while! http://youtu.be/RZD982yrmx4
At work watching (in between working) and listening in the background to this amazing show which somehow I have never seen or heard before. Holy Hell what a combo these two are....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPcGJahjsHY
Hey bro , let me know when the care package arrives. Btw im listening to Default at the moment on the beach with the F car in tow.
I will Kirk. I need the morale boost man I'm ****ing fading fast here Fade to Black? Ok, Metallica today!
Been listening to 'Gimme Shelter' by Stone Sour feat. Lzzy Hale lately, now that they've finally added it to Spotify.
OK, I was ready to go grumpy old man all over this. 😉 The lead singer of Stone Sour? He's no Sir Mick. He shoulda let the gal belt out a bit more. But, the female lead (I'm assuming Lzzy Hale?) is actually very good. Not Merry Clayton good, but that's the grumpy old man talking. I'm enjoying some of her stuff on YouTube...T
Yes Lzzy Hale is very good when she's not screaming her head off (although I've grown so used to singers screeching through their songs that it sounds normal to me now lol). Her band, Halestorm, is one of my favorite modern rock groups. 'Love Bites', 'Mz. Hyde', and 'You Call Me a B*tch Like It's a Bad Thing' are some of my favorites by them. Right now I'm listening to 'Supafly (TFK)' by Thousand Foot Krutch. Very Limp Bizkit-like.
