So true and you also have to deal with the fact that most computer displays are not entirely neutral. FWIW, I really like the Rosso Fuoco.

    Rosso corsa metalic.

Classic ferrari red with a modern twist.

your car is a super sporty Gt, I would go elegant and restrained with wine colors.

Good luck to you , it's going to be special in any color!

I am afraid that is another example of over manipulation so please don't think this is really RF, whereas the bottom pic of the F12 above is far closer.

    Joe,

You had asked for pictures of my F12 in another thread. I think it is great that you are considering Rosso Maranello for your tdf. Very sophisticated especially if you go with full leather in Nero/Cuoio and body color the under door sills. The other responders are correct in that its a very tough color to evaluate from photos much like your Fiorano. I have seen it many shades in pictures and even on my car. Very light dependent and also camera dependant as well as monitor dependent. I think perhaps Maranello is a little more wine colored and less orange/brown than Fiorano as you are looking for. It is definitely more wine red than Berlinetta which looks the most orange to me.

I have included just three shots. Each in different lighting. The first two are on the same sunny summer day with one of the side in the shade (wine), the next of the side in full direct sunlight (brighter/sportier) and the last on a separate day being overcast after a sun shower at a dealership C&C (somewhere in-between red). None of the shots are color enhanced as you requested. Also, much of the car is clear film wrapped which I'm assuming yours will be too and that tones down the brightness and depth some. Hope this helps.

If you spec your tdf as I suggested and decide not to keep it than please remember to shoot me a PM for resale if you are in the US. Would make a great addition. -Best

Yes I believe so for the LaFerrari picture.

As Solid State notes the color is very difficult to capture. There was a whole series of pictures taken by a UK owner of his Rosso Fuoco Italia and it showed much more of the orange component of the color than these images do.

This special paint color was originally only available to customers of a 'tailor made' type of program. Later Ferrari decided to offer the color choice to everyone when they introduced it on the 599 Fiorano HGTE version of the model.

The pictures provided by Solid State show just how delicious the Rosso Fuoco paint is. Thank you for this!

Sorry, late to the party. I have two RM cars, an FF and a Speciale. Here thy are...

    https://www.flickr.com/photos/andyedmiston/sets/72157661184909864

Both pictures untouched, although the exposure slightly different due to sun position. The colour changes significantly in the light. When light is taken away it becomes dark red, very similar to Mugello. When you add sunlight it can look like as light as Corsa but much more 'liquefied'.

It is not actually a triple layer metallic but (I think the only) triple layer mica paint. Metallic has metal flakes to reflect light, mica has small spheres to reflect light so you get a much finer and more subtle appearance, given that it is a three layer. It is stunning when it comes to life and pleasantly reserved at night.

We took a risk on the colour for the Speciale and were absolutely delighted. PM if you want more pictures, I have many.

    Cheers

Many thanks to all of you that replied, even with alternate colors.
I decided to go with Maranello.

Very helpful to confirm my decision.
Hope to be able to post an actual picture of my car by summer time !!

    Thanks,
Your photos actually show the dilemma in choosing.
In the subtly different light, your Speciale actually looks a bit more like Fuoco (which was my other possible choice).
Thanks for taking the time to post this. Much appreciated.
