What totally makes it bizarre for me is a seller with 0 feedback doing a 125k first auction. Some balls, I would never do that until I am established on ebay (which I am with over 500 feedback). This mean there is zero trust right now. Should've let Evans list it.
    Just sayin'

    Awesome car though.

seller is new on ebay, so I can speak for him, believe me you can TRUST him as he is a reliable person and the car is really in stunning mechanical conditions !!!

so, it is a very nice Urraco and not a fake auction !!!

Ok, that's good. Hopefully a buyer will see your post.
I just hope no one messes with the auction, aka deadbeats, because he has zero feedback. Would hate to see it relisted over and over again.

I am betting that the cars sells off ebay either early or after auction end. Fantastic car.

VERY very cool that he has pictures at your home, then loaded, then at Evans, and finally with Wisc . plates on it.

Wow, that's some big bills from Evans. Guess it cost V12 money to rebuild a V8 :)

Well at least 8/12 of the cost...

These invoices demonstrate the potential for additional costs when buying a car that has not already had the sodium exhaust valves converted to stainless ones or the head gaskets regularly replaced plus the extra value of a car that has had this work done.

I pulled this photo from the Countach thread.
It certainly looks like 20 spoke wheels, correct?
Anyone have thoughts on how many cars left the factory with these wheels?

Great pictures! I'm pretty confident the Urraco is #15996, RHD and Rosso Granada with black interior.

Anyone who knows where that car is today?

Right, guys. Now that I'm on a real computer screen it is evident. Also, I just picked up on the roof antenna, mine is at the rear.

the White P250 is #15218, it took part at the V8 Meeting in 2014.

Somebody did a lousy engine Job on that P250, the engine broke just before San Gottardo, meanwhile it got fixed by my mechanic and runs perfect.

the P300 is unknown to me, rarely but happens from time to time :)

It looks like somebody changed shims to correct a valve lash issue but did not adequately lube the shims before starting the engine. The cam galled the shim. This is the reason you make sure a lifter stays with same cam lobe it was bedded in with when servicing.

    Cheers Jim

Thank you Jim, I came in same conclusion or result and it is good to know that it is more widely acsepted.

Does any of you have experience with repairing camshafts? does it generally work or should I try to find new/used camshafts?

Web cams weld the lobes and regind them. The cams cannot be welded completely around so when they are reground the basecircle becomes about 0.010 inches smaller. There are a number of people that use their cams. I have had some cams done by them and their work looks nice but I have not installed them yet.

    Cheers Jim
