Chaps, I´m currently trying to source a complete headlamp-unit for my 98 F355, so including cover, headlamps, motors, linkage, etc.

I now stumbled across a set which is in the US. Is there a difference between the US and the EU headlamps? Both should be set up for right hand drive countries but I remember an article in a mag about importing a car to the EU and it mentioned the need to change the headlamps.
    Is that true?

Is it possible US headlamps do not have EU homologation markings on the glass which may give problems at technical inspection time ?

Good hint, seems to be the case. US-cars only have DOT/SAE-proof and EU cars need a ECE-proof. So now looking for european inserts...
    Thanks, Jimmie
