There are many discussions on the issue. The only thing that I have never seen is if someone successfully injected glue under the leather to hold it down. IMO it is all about paying for someone to recover the dash, or saving money and having the satisfaction of doing it yourself.

Drive to leather repair place; choose leather, pick up car a few days later, pay the leather guy. Once the leather starts to shrink, no amount of leather car products can reverse the issue.
