It was a heavy press fit in the part extending out of the engine/trans Made the shown tool to push the old bloc out and the new one in Job takes about 30 minutes! I guess if you can do it with two sockets...I waisted my (and your) time! To answer your question, the only "critical"dimensions are those for tube C You key off the dimensions of the Silentbloc My replacement had an OD of .630 so I made C with an OD of .585 The OD of the center tube of the Silentbloc was .390 so I made the hole in C .395 Hope this helps you
